Falsterbo Bird Observatory invites you to a unique, free of charge nature experience every weekend during the autumn. From the third weekend in August until the last weekend in October, every Saturday and Sunday you have the opportunity to witness the magnificent bird migration passing right by Falsterbo Lighthouse – led by an experienced guide.

The open format means you can come and go as it suits you – entirely on your own terms. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned birdwatcher, old or young, you are warmly welcome. Our dedicated guides are ready to answer all your questions and share their knowledge and passion for birds. This is the perfect outing for families, friends, and all nature enthusiasts looking to explore the stunning bird migration and the unique environment around Falsterbo.

• Where: Just outside the Lighthouse, on the western (sea) side of the Lighthouse garden.
• When: Every Saturday and Sunday, from the third weekend in August until the last weekend in October, from 08:00 to 12:00
• Parking: Easiest available at Flommen Golf Club, followed by a short walk to Falsterbo Lighthouse
• Equipment: Dress appropriately for the weather, it often windy here, and bring binoculars if you have.
